Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  1. The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
  2. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  3. The product must retain its original appearance (labels intact, protective films not removed).
  4. The item must be returned with all components, including any free gifts received with the purchase.

Important Notes

  • We cannot accept returns for products not purchased directly from SoraNora.
  • Items damaged intentionally or due to negligence are not eligible for return.
  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective.

Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Warranty

All our products come with a standard warranty against manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt for assistance.

Refund Process
